Why do we do what we do?

Everybody at Creative Coaching believes passionately that organisations, leaders, teams and individuals have vast and often unrealised power to perform.

Helping people and organisations plug in to their true potential and achieve more in ways that amaze them, and those around them, is why we get out of bed in the morning.

Why do we work with organisations and their senior people?

Because we believe that when we identify and dismantle obstacles to high performance, excellence will follow.

Because we believe that people who are in ‘leadership roles’ today do have within them the capacity to become true leaders tomorrow.

Because we refuse to accept that low, or no collaboration between divisions, business units, teams and the individuals within them is the way life ‘has’ to be.

And because, even though there may be a history of goals failing to be reached, of poor communication or of under-delivery and wastage of resources, the future can be very, positively, different.

Because we know that, when we establish what the real dynamics are today, we can identify and overcome any gaps in ability to achieve positive change for tomorrow.

How To Recognise a Leader

Often when attempting to recognise or identify leaders there’s a desire to rely on classifications, job titles that contain manager, president, chief or director, or social roles that contain the word leader. The question is what comes first - the leader or the leadership skills and qualities? Are people put into leadership roles and then left to develop as leaders, or do they show leadership qualities and earn those roles?
