Why Creative Coaching?

“There has never been more urgency - or more incentive - for individuals and organisations to discover and develop their real strengths.”

“True leaders don’t have followers or subordinates. They inspire other people to commit and to give of their best because they feel it’s the right thing to do.”

“What you do matters. How you do it is important. But WHY you do it is absolutely fundamental.”

Why do we do what we do?

Everybody at Creative Coaching believes passionately that organisations, leaders, teams and individuals have vast and often unrealised power to perform.

Helping people and organisations plug in to their true potential and achieve more in ways that amaze them, and those around them, is why we get out of bed in the morning.

Why do we work with organisations and their senior people?

Because we believe that when we identify and dismantle obstacles to high performance, excellence will follow.

Because we believe that people who are in ‘leadership roles’ today do have within them the capacity to become true leaders tomorrow.

Because we refuse to accept that low, or no collaboration between divisions, business units, teams and the individuals within them is the way life ‘has’ to be.

And because, even though there may be a history of goals failing to be reached, of poor communication or of under-delivery and wastage of resources, the future can be very, positively, different.

Why do we work with teams?

Because we know that, when we establish what the real dynamics are today, we can identify and overcome any gaps in ability to achieve positive change for tomorrow.

Why do we work with individuals?

Because we know that, as we support, encourage and develop specific behaviours, talents and outlooks, the potential people had within them all along to lead and inspire becomes an active asset - to themselves and to their organisation.

Your turn to ask ‘Why?'

As an organisation under pressure in a demanding environment, why should we spare resources for coaching? Because you have a unique opportunity to realise the true potential of your greatest asset: the talents of your people.

As a senior individual facing a tough working schedule, why should I make precious time for coaching? Because the time you spend understanding and unlocking your own communication and leadership skills will be hugely rewarded.

As professionals searching for an equally professional partner, why should we choose Creative Coaching? Because finding, realising and growing personal and organisational potential and performance is our passionate purpose in life.

Leadership Positivity

Positivity is not usually the first quality someone asks for in a leader, however a positive attitude is a vital force when it comes to motivating people.  Positive teams who enjoy their work are generally more productive and engaged, and this stems from the top.

Confident, supportive leaders breed more collaborative and creative teams, and that makes a very attractive workplace for drawing in new talent.  Being positive is contagious, and a team with a collective positive attitude is more likely to go above and beyond for a leader, and workplace that they are happy and proud to be a part of.

How to Build Your Personal Leadership Brand

As leaders, we sometimes treat our leadership style as a product of our environment and corporate culture, rather than as a product of ourselves. Our leadership is a personal matter though, much of it stems from within and is influenced by things personal to us. Our experience, our ideas, our knowledge.

Understanding our personal leadership brand is an integral part of how we build consistency in our professional relationships and how we are perceived. Just as failed commitments and substandard interactions damage a corporate brand, our personal leadership brand suffers alike.
