Who am I? Text Open

I help people better understand themselves, and others. This enables them to be better at whatever they want to do.

I’m a partner, a mum, a gardener, a cook, a cyclist, a musician, and an occasional yoga-ist. I also love to write.

How do I describe what I do? Text Open

I have transformational conversations with people, to help them understand how they are experiencing the world. This understanding enables them to navigate life with more ease and less stress, and get the best out of everyone (particularly themselves).

Who can I help? Text Open

Anyone who wants to get out of their own way and is open to understanding the world in a different way.

How did I develop my skills and expertise? Text Open

I spent eight years’ working the fast paced environment of an online news agency, which gave me instant feedback on how best to motivate and lead a team. After making the leap into coaching and training, I’ve sought out experienced mentors who’ve challenged me to stretch myself – both professionally and personally - and learn from the process.

Formal professional development has included Brain Friendly Learning and Facilitation with Kaizen Training; Three Principles with Michael Neill; and most recently the One Thought Institute practitioner programme.

Always, I learn most from my clients.

What do I love about my work? Text Open

I love that moment of realisation when a client sees something completely differently for the first time. Their view of themselves - and the world - transforms and everything changes forever.

It also makes me smile when I ask an established client about the issue they had initially presented as a major problem, and they don’t know what I’m talking about.

What has made me a rock star for my clients? Text Open

Being hugely empathetic to gain a deep understanding of what’s going on, and helping them find the clarity to see things differently. Being playful and challenging hard as needed.

What is an unknown or interesting fact about me? Text Open

One of my favourite tasks is to be asked to create a meal from a fridge full of random leftovers.
