Who am I? Text Open

I am a behavioural change specialist who thrives on seeing others succeed and commercial successes. I have worked with professionals in the City of London since Big Bang and with global leaders for over a decade as an executive coach at London Business School.

I have also run a number of successful entrepreneurial ventures in trading, property development and consultancy.

How do I describe what I do? Text Open

I collaborate with leaders in helping them build and execute “jigsaw-fit 30 day action plans” that gain support and respect from stakeholders. Together we make what seems unattainable become part of the daily routine. I like to start with good analysis where possible using 360 data and psychometrics to identify a clear focus.

Who can I help? Text Open

Leaders, irrespective of level, who want to get practical and are prepared to raise their game in terms of courage, self-discipline and humility to reach their goals.

How did I develop my skills and expertise? Text Open

Through my experience in the financial services, engineering and IT sectors, as well as my own entrepreneurial work. More formally and early in my career, I learned from training as both an Occupational and Clinical Psychologist.

More recently, I learned most from becoming a Marshall Goldsmith certified stakeholder centred coach; this has taught me how to harness the
power of stakeholder groups to create greater change and ensure with subtlety that those changes are noticed.

What do I love about my work? Text Open

Seeing people gaining ‘career success’ in their own terms and surprising both themselves and their stakeholders. Hearing how people have moved forward as the years roll by.

What has made me a rock star for my clients? Text Open

My clients tell me it is three key things:

Firstly, cutting through the detail to focus quickly on key issues. Secondly, believing in them and thirdly, inspiring them with stories of the practical changes I have seen made by previous leaders I have worked with (confidentially of course)!

What is an unknown or interesting fact about me? Text Open

I have a passion for illustration (appreciating not creating) and unwind selling antiquarian / vintage books online for Oxfam from a bookshop with a team of friends. Our bookshop is nestled in the traditional English market town of Olney, Buckinghamshire that triggered the end of the UK slave trade and the beginning of the Pancake Race tradition!
